Our journal is constantly transforming its editorial policies to promote gender equality.  We implement these considerations through the following actions:

• There is a percentage greater than 40% of women on our editorial team.
• There is a percentage greater than 40% of women among the evaluators of the papers sent to the journal.
• The journal promotes specific recommendations in favor of the use of gender-inclusive language in its works.
• Authors’ full name are included in the journal.
